Baseball/Softball

• The Lynnwood-based Northwest Baseball and Softball Academy is offering a pitching and hitting camp in March. The camp is for players ages 8-13. The pitching camp meets from 6-8 p.m. on Sundays. • The City of Edmonds is accepting registration for its Adult Softball Leagues. Play begins in March at Meadowdale Playfields. Both men’s and coed leagues are available. The team fee is $722. For more information, call Todd at 425-771-0229.

• The City of Mountlake Terrace is accepting registration for its Men’s, Coed and Women’s Softball Leagues. Play begins the week of March 22. The team fee is $526. For more information, call 425-776-9173 or visit www.mltrec.com.

• A five-session Baseball Positive Camp begins March 14 and runs through April 18 at the Edmonds Boys &Girls Club (310 6th Ave. N.). Sessions are on Saturdays. Basketball

• The Boys &Girls Clubs of Snohomish County are offering Spring Select Basketball Leagues for boys and girls teams. The leagues are for players in grades 4-12. Games are on Sundays starting March 15. The deadline for teams to register is March 6. For more information, contact your local Boys &Girls Club.

• Registration for the City of Mountlake Terrace’s Men’s Basketball League runs through March 22. Two divisions are offered: Intermediate (B) and Recreational (C). Play begins in April. The team fee is $630. For more information, call Kevin Witte at 425-640-3105.

• Tryouts for Fusion Basketball are scheduled for 6 p.m. on March 2 at North Middle School in Everett. The tryouts are for players in grades 3, 7, 9, 10 and 11. For more information, contact Eddie McFerrin at 425-344-6897 or dubb2066@gmail.com.

Flag Football

• The Boys &Girls Clubs of Snohomish County are holding sign-ups for Coed Flag Football. The program is for players ages 5-14. Practices start in mid-March and play begins in April. For more information, contact your local Boys &Girls Club.

Hockey

• Everett Youth Hockey, in partnership with the Everett Silvertips and USA Hockey, is offering a Try Hockey For Free Day at 2:15 p.m. on Feb. 21 at the Xfinity Community Ice Rink in Everett. The event is for players ages 4-9. Gear will be provided. Participants must arrive at least one hour early to check in and be issued gear. For more information, visit www.tryhockeyforfree.com.

Soccer

• The Marysville Parks and Recreation Department is offering a 7-on-7 Youth Spring Soccer League for boys and girls ages 7-14. Registration runs through Feb. 20. Play starts in April. Volunteer coaches are needed. The cost is $65 per player. For more information, call 360-363-8400.

• The City of Edmonds is offering UK Elite Soccer classes on Tuesdays beginning March 17. The classes are from 5-6 p.m. (Elite Feet) and 6-7 p.m. (Goal Scoring) and run through April 21. The cost is $130. For more information, call 425-771-0230 or visit www.reczone.org.

Volleyball

• Registration for the City of Mountlake Terrace’s Coed Volleyball League runs through March 22. Two divisions are offered: Competitive and Recreational. Play begins in April. The team fee is $334. For more information, call Kevin Witte at 425-640-3105.
