We’re about an hour away from kickoff, and a light rain has been falling off and on this afternoon. For what it’s worth, USC is 20-21-2 in the rain (USC’s press notes say that is in games in which it has rained during a major portion of the game) and 1-3-1 in the rain here. That, of course, is probably less relevant than the fact that USC is really, really good.
Rain might not help the Huskies much anyway, because that would probably just make USC run more, and Washington hasn’t been great against the run lately (see UCLA vs. Washington for evidence).
And finally, a reminder that the Huskies are wearing navy blue and gold throwback uniforms today, so if you turn on your TV and it looks like USC vs. Notre Dame, that’s why.
