Washington Stealth second-year forward Rhys Duch earned the National Lacrosse League’s Offensive Player of the Week honor after scoring three goals and six assists in a 17-7 win over the Orlando Titans on April 10.
Duch, the 2009 NLL Rookie of the Year, is second on the team with 70 points. He has scored 25 goals and added 45 assists for the 10-4 Stealth.
Also earning a weekly award was goaltender Matt Roik, who stopped 34 shots against the Titans. Roik, who is 6-0 in goal this season, earned the NLL’s Defensive Player of the Week award.
