Dust Devils hand AquaSox 3rd consecutive loss

Everett musters just five hits in an 8-0 defeat to Tri-City.

PASCO — The Tri-City Dust Devils scored runs in seven of the eight innings they batted and cruised to a 8-0 shutout win over the Everett AquaSox on Friday evening at Gesa Stadium.

The Dust Devils scored single runs in the first, second, fourth, fifth, sixth and eighth innings and two runs in the third.

Marysville Pilchuck alum Trent Tingelstad had two of the five hits in the game for Everett (11-19), which dropped its third straight.

Jose Guzman homered and Edwin Yon went 3-for-4 with four RBI for Tri-City (14-14).
