Some of the best junior-college basketball talent in the Northwest will be on display this weekend at Everett Community College.
The Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges’ annual Sophomore All-Star Games are scheduled for Sunday in the school’s new Student Fitness Center.
The event features both men’s and women’s teams representing the NWAACC’s four divisions. The first game, which tips off 11 a.m., pits the South women against the West women. The other games are:
n East women vs. North women, 12:30 p.m.
n South men vs. West men, 2 p.m.
n East men vs. North men, 3:30 p.m.
Admission is $5 for fans 12 and older. Everett CC students, faculty and staff get in free.
