Everett vs. Kamloops: lineup notes

EVERETT

Forward lines:

Maxwell-Winquist-Tochkin

Elynuik-Cumiskey-Birkholz

McCrea-Hayer-Fowlie

Erricson-Giebel-Cote

Defensive pairings:

Murray-Yadlowski

Rissanen-Suer

Walters-Theriau

Starting goalie:

Siemens

Scratches: Morden, MacDonald, Ferraro, Stanfield, Sohor.

Notes: Everett plays without three of its top seven forwards tonight as captain Landon Ferraro and fellow center Parker Stanfield both sit out the game with concussions, and winger Scott MacDonald is unable to go because of a shoulder ailment. Therefore, there’s plenty of mixing and matching among the lines. Luke Siemens gets the start in goal with Kent Simpson having spent the previous two nights with Team WHL at the Subway Super Series.

KAMLOOPS

Forward lines:

Ranford-Schaber-DePape

Bortnak-Smith-Barnett

Willick-Neigum-Souto

Hanes-McVeigh-Lipon

Defensive pairings:

Gaudet-Fienhage

Maschmeyer-Underwood

Madaisky-Hansen

Starting goalie:

Bosch

Scratches: Keil, Caron.

Notes: Kamloops plays without rugged defenseman Josh Caron, who’s been a long-term casualty because of a broken collarbone. Jeff Bosch, coming off a sterling performance when the teams met Sunday in Kamloops, gets the call again in goal.
