There wasn’t enough room in the press box here at Tumwater District Stadium. Too many radio-crew folks at this Class 2A state quarterfinal game, which Archbishop Murphy leads Centralia 20-0 late in the second quarter.
As a result of the crammed pressbox, me and another print reporter are sitting at a small table out with the rest of the crowd. Sure, it’s crazy cold. But the atmosphere out here is way better. Now I just need to make sure my fingers don’t freeze to my wet keyboard.
