Everett right wing Dan Gendur was named the WHL Player of the Week this morning.
Gendur, in the midst of a historic offensive stretch by an Everett player, had three goals and nine assists in three games last week, during which the Tips went 2-1. Those numbers just continued his offensive explosion as he has 32 points in his last 14 games.
Gendur is the first Everett player to receive Player of the Week recognition this season.
