Quarterback Matt Hasselbeck has been cleared to practice today, and is expected to start against Arizona Sunday.
“He’s absolutely cleared and he’s ready to go,” Pete Carroll said.
Also expected to be ready for Sunday is DT Brandon Mebane, who has missed four games with a calf injury.
LT Russell Okung (ankle) will do some individual drills today, and also could be back Sunday, that that decision won’t be made until later in the week. T Tyler Polumbus (knee) will return to practice today.
The Seahawks made a few roster moves today as well. After releasing QB Zac Robinson yesterday, Seattle hoped to put him back on the practice squad, but Detroit claimed Robison on waivers. Without a third quarterback, Seattle decided to bring back J.P. Losman, who was with the team in training camp.
The Seahawks also signed brought back C Chris White and released Josh Pinkard. Pinkard cleared waivers and was added to the practice squad.
