PRINCE GEORGE, British Columbia — Braden Holt stopped 19 of the 21 shots he faced and earned the first win of his WHL career in the Everett Silvertips’ 5-2 victory over the Prince George Cougars on Saturday evening at CN Centre.
Ronan Seeley, Jake Christiansen, Cole Fonstad, Jackson Berezowski and Conrad Mitchell all scored as the Silvertips (26-9-2-1) rebounded from a loss with a resounding win in the second of back-to-back games against the Cougars.
Nikita Krivokrasov and Jack Sander scored for Prince George (10-22-2-3).
