CHARLOTTE, N.C. _ For the fifth time in seven games, the University of Washington men’s basketball team will be shaking up its starting lineup.
The Huskies added guard Scott Suggs and 7-footer Aziz N’Diaye to the lineup for today’s game against North Carolina, replacing C.J. Wilcox and Darnell Gant, respectively.
Suggs has been one of UW’s most consistent shooter over the last month, while N’Diaye brings needed size against an opponent that has a frontline of 7-footer Tyler Zeller, 6-10 John Henson and 6-8 Harrison Barnes.
The No. 7 seed Huskies and No. 2 seed Tar Heels will square off at 9:15 a.m. Pacific time in a third-round game of the NCAA tournament. The winner advances to the Sweet 16, where it will face either Marquette or Syracuse.
