FEDERAL WAY – Tahoma scored 17 unanswered points to pull away from a seven-all tie and take a 24-7 victory over Bothell Saturday in a Class 4A state playoff game at Federal Way Stadium.
Tahoma advanced to a quarterfinal playff next weekend against Kamiak. Bothell was eliminated from further postseason play.
Bothell quarterback Kyle Allred completed nine of 18 passes for 78 yards, but was intercepted four times, twice by Tahoma’s Nick Johnson.
Tahoma’s Casey Robbins rushed 23 times for 187 yards.
