PASCO — Tyler Keenan hit a go-ahead RBI single in the top of the 11th inning and the Everett AquaSox edged the Tri-City Dust Devils 2-1 on Tuesday at Gesa Stadium.
Spencer Packard hit a solo home run in the fourth and Justin Lavey had three hits, including a double, for the AquaSox (11-16).
Everett pitchers allowed just three hits and totaled 11 strikeouts to only one walk. Starter Bryce Miller pitched 5.1 innings and allowed one unearned run on two hits. He struck out eight. Luis Curvelo (2-0) tossed two scoreless innings of relief with three strikeouts and Leon Hunter earned his first save.
Tri-City (11-14) starter Braden Olthoff allowed one run on four hits over six innings with four strikeouts. Emilker Guzman (1-1) took the loss.
