PRINCE GEORGE, British Columbia — Bryce Kindopp scored his 29th and 30th goals of the season, but the Everett Silvertips fell to the Prince George Cougars 4-3 on Friday at CN Centre.
Kindopp scored twice in the second period to give Everett a 2-1 lead, but Prince George took the lead back with goals from Ethan Samson and Vladislav Mikhalchuk.
Wyatte Wylie briefly evened the game with a goal at 8:29 in the third before Ryan Schoettler scored the game-winner for the Cougars just over a minute later.
Braden Holt, making the first start of his WHL career, stopped 26 of 30 shots for the Silvertips (25-9-2-1).
Taylor Gauthier stopped 27 of 30 shots for the Cougars (10-21-2-3).
