SNOHOMISH — The Cascade Conference held its girls golf league championship at Snohomish Golf Course Monday afternoon to determine its individual medalist of the year and league champion.
After 18 holes of play on the par 72 course King’s Jerissa Lumansoc emerged from the field as the individual medalist with a round of 90. The 18-over score out paced South Whidbey’s Brandi Winn and Cedarcrest’s Lauren Houk who each shot 93.
Meanwhile King’s combined score of 494 helped them take the league championship after all the season long points were tallied up.
With Lumansoc taking first for the league, King’s Jordan Wyrick and Cedarcrest’s Houk placed second and third overall with the regular season finished.
