SEATTLE — Aly Stewart scored 11 points and set a school record with 11 assists in Lakewood’s 59-50 victory over Sultan in a Cascade Conference girls basketball game at KeyArena.

Jennifer Lind had 15 points and 10 rebounds for Lakewood.

2B District 1: Darrington placed second in the meet at Concrete on Saturday with a score of 199. Concrete finished first with 247 points. John Fenstermaker (125), Kolton Palmer (140), Paden Newberry (160), Conner Rounds (215) and Scott Regelburge (285) each pinned their opponent to earn first place for the Loggers. In next week’s regionals, Darrington will be represented by 11 wrestlers.
