Having a blog kind of feels like the-tree-falling-in-the-forest phenomenon — if you write a blog and nobody reads it does it exist? Well, I’ll be the first to test that theory. From time to time I’ll be posting my musings on fantasy games … football, basketball and baseball to start. I’d like this whole thing to be as interactive as possible. If you disagree with anything I write, send me a scathing e-mail; I’ll post it and try to explain myself. Have some great info on a stud pick-up? Send me a link. Something funny? Do the same. Of course I’ll give you full credit. This is really an experiment in how much people care about fantasy sports around here and how much time they have to kill to chat (write) about it. The newspaper is really a one-way medium. I write a column and you read it. Some people have e-mailed me over my 13 weeks of writing it, but not many (maybe that’s because nobody reads it … nah). The Web, on the other hand, can turn all of that into a conversation. Hopefully we can create that here. If not, at least we won’t be killing as many of those aforementioned trees.
One last note before tonight’s game … Have a slot open because Reggie Bush went down? Pick up Jerious Norwood and play him. He’s starting tonight and should have a good game against a bad defense in New Orleans.
