A handful of local student-athletes were named all-league in their respective sports by the Northwest Conference, Emerald Sound Conference and Northwest 2B/1B League.
Lakewood first baseman Wyatt Pevry, a sophomore, earned a first-team nod from the Northwest Conference in baseball. Teammate Justice Taylor, a senior outfielder, was selected to the second team.
Cougars pitcher Katie Krueger, a freshman, was named first-team All-Northwest Conference in softball. Senior shortstop Natalie Krueger and sophomore first baseman Avalon Krummer garnered second-team selections.
Sultan forward Silvestre Vallejo-Munoz, a junior, was named the Emerald Sound Conference Coho Division MVP in boys soccer. Turks coach Emanuel Vallejo took home coach of the year honors. Junior forward Westin Galle, sophomore defender Emir Romo and freshman defender Moises Vallejo-Munoz were selected to the all-league team.
Granite Falls seniors Morgan White (catcher) and Makena McGill (shortstop, pitcher, first baseman) and freshman Bella Frye (third baseman, pitcher) earned all-league honors from the Emerald Sound Conference in softball.
Tigers sophomores Landon Ferwerda (shortstop) and James Porter (catcher) were named to the league’s second team in baseball.
Darrington seniors Alyvia Wright and Madison Davis and freshman Claire Wright earned first-team nods from the Northwest 2B/1B League in softball. Loggers teammates Ciela Dewberry and Aenea Laam, both sophomores, garnered second-team honors.
Loggers junior Jesse Stewart collected first-team honors in baseball.
