MARYSVILLE – The Marysville-Pilchuck baseball team won a Western Confer-ence North Division game vs. Oak Harbor on Monday, besting the Wildcats 4-0 to set up a winner-to-district showdown today at Oak Harbor.
The Wildcats and Tomahawks are tied for the final Wesco North district playoff berth. The winner of today’s game will advance to play undefeated Wesco South champion Jackson.
Rickey Holm provided all the offense the Tomahawks would need in the first inning with a two-run blast over the fence on the first pitch. Holm finished 3-for-3 with a home run and two RBI.
