Great college options keep piling up for KeiVarae Russell, Mariner High School’s extremely talented, intelligent Class of 2012 football standout.
Russell, a junior running back/defensive back/kick returner, said via e-mail tonight that he currently has full-scholarship offers from nine football programs: Boise State University, the University of Wyoming, Washington State University, the University of Washington, the University of Notre Dame, the University of California, Berkeley (Cal), Stanford University, Vanderbilt University and the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
“It’s unbelievable but yet precious,” Russell said, “to be able to be at this point in the (recruiting) process.”
