LYNNWOOD – Jason Merrifield, Kyle Asp, Jon Keane and Derek Shiu were instrumental as Meadowdale swept all 11 events in a 125-39 Western Conference South boys swimming victory over Mountlake Terrace and took 10 of 11 events in a 109-61 victory over Edmonds-Woodway.
Shiu won the 200-yard individual medley and 100 breaststroke and joined Merrifield and Keane on the winning 200 and 400 freestyle relay teams.
In addition to his relay contributions, Keane won the 100 and 200 freestyle races.
Merrifield won the 50 freestyle and 100 backstroke.
Asp swam on the winning 200 medley and 200 freestyle relay teams and won the 100 butterfly.
In other meets, Edmonds-Woodway defeated Lynnwood (0-7 league, 0-9 overall), 12-5 and Mountlake Terrace edged the Royals 10-9.

Mariner 100, Stanwood 69: Mariner’s Joel Holyan and Robert Calamia led the Marauders in the non-conference victory with a combined three individual wins and legs on both winning relays. Parry Charles won two individual events for Stanwood.
