SEATTLE — Seattle Mariners pitcher Brandon Morrow, making his first major league start, threw a no-hitter for 7 2/3 innings against the New York Yankees Friday at Safeco Field. Pinch-hitter Wilson Betemit broke up the no-hitter with an RBI double.
