EVERETT — Ryan Sells hit a game-winning, one-run double in the bottom of the ninth inning to give Mountlake Terrace a 5-4 win over Shorewood and a place in the 4A state playoffs.
The hit drove in Matt Shafer, who scored from first base.
Terrace pitcher Kyle Barisic pitched all nine innings and improved to 6-0.
