I’ve added a few links to my blog (though they may not actualy show up on the page until tomorrow). These are the blogs of a few other personalities around the WHL, which I believe Silvertip fans may find informative, either by providing insight about the league as a whole, or even about the Tips from a non-Everett perspective. Here’s a quick description of each:
– Taking Note, Gregg Drinnan: Drinnan, the editor of the Kamloops Daily News, is the unparalleled dean of WHL newspaper reporters. If something’s happening in the league, Gregg will probably be the first to hear about it.
– After the Whistle, Andy Kemper: Kemper is the color commentator for the Portland Winter Hawks. He’s been around the league forever and often provides insight on the U.S. Division — he’s been known to offer his feelings about the Tips from time to time.
– Regan’s Rant, Regan Bartel: Bartel is the play-by-play announcer for the Kelowna Rockets. If there was a vote for best broadcaster in the WHL, I suspect Bartel would win.
