Nominate local athletes for 2009 Man and Woman of the Year in Sports

The Herald is accepting nominations for its 2009 Man and Woman of the Year in Sports. Nominees must be athletes or coaches with ties to Snohomish or Island counties. Former winners are not eligible.

Nominations can be sent via e-mail to sports@heraldnet.com or mailed to The Herald sports department at P.O. Box 930, Everett, Wash., 98206. The deadline for nominations is Feb. 5.
