Well, now that we got our fill of football news for the day, it’s time to concentrate on the Huskies showdown with 14th-ranked Stanford, which is about to begin.
A reminder that this game isn’t on TV, so you’ll have to listen on the radio or you can follow along on this blog (I vote for option No. 2).
If you missed it in today’s paper, we took a look at the season Quincy Pondexter is having so far. After talking to him on Tuesday, it’s clear that he’s not happy with his play this season, but I almsot felt like he was being too hard on himself, saying he was “a disappointment to myself and my team.” Husky fans should be happy he expects more, because he has the talent to do more, I just wonder how being so down on himself will affect his play.
One other bit of news, FSN Prime Ticket and Fox College Sports will have next Thursday’s game against USC (It wasn’t orginally schedule to be on TV). FSN Northwest will show the game on a delay at either 9:30 or 10 that night.
We’re about to get started here at Hec Ed and I’ll be back with some updates.
