Whitcomb scored 11 of the team’s first 22 points. Her driving layup put the Huskies ahead 22-4 with 8:37 left in the first.

But after Whitcomb’s basket, Oregon State responded with an 18-2 run to close the half and trail 24-22 at the break. Futch scored seven of her points during that stretch including a 3-pointer.
