The 2011 Ocean Shores Razor Clam Festival on March 19 coincides with a dig scheduled by the state Department of Fish and Wildlife for March 19-22 on four coastal beaches. The festival will be held in the Ocean Shores Convention Center, starting with a 7 a.m. pancake breakfast. The event includes an artisan marketplace, best chowder competition with chef Kathy Casey, kids’ activities and games, and live entertainment.
