Snohomish County Sports Hall of Fame committee chair Frank Foster joins Herald writers Zac Hereth and Josh Horton to discuss this year’s class, the new mural at Angel of the Winds Arena and the process of inducting athletes.

Josh and Zac also go over “Three Things to Know” around the area, including some coaching changes for local prep sports programs.
