MALCOM MANSON

Mariner | Boys track

Manson won the 110-meter high hurdles and javelin in a dual-meet win over Edmonds-Woodway and was second in the high hurdles, seventh in the javelin and sixth in the pole vault in the six-team Liberty Invitational.

AMIA NASH

Edmonds-Woodway | Girls track

Nash won the 100-meter dash (13.02 seconds), 200 (27.37), 400 (1:02.98) and ran the lead lap for the winning 1,600 relay team to lead the Warriors to a dual-meet win over Mariner.

JOE FRYER

Kamiak | Boys golf

Fryer, a freshman playing in his first varsity match, medaled with a 1-under 35 over nine holes at Harbour Pointe Golf Course to lead his team to first place in a three-team Wesco meet.

LUCAS HARKINS

Lakewood | Baseball

In three games, the Cougars leadoff hitter batted 9-for-11 with two home runs, nine RBI and six runs scored.

CASSIE McKINLEY

Shorewood | Girls golf

McKinley shot 76 to medal in the 12-team Whidbey Shootout and scored 34 Stableford points to medal in a three-team Wesco meet.

GLENN PADEN

Shorecrest | Boys soccer

Paden had a goal and two assists in a 5-0 win over Lynnwood and three goals in an 8-2 win over Mountlake Terrace.

CHLOE KESTERSON

Everett | Softball

In three Seagulls wins, Kesterson batted 7-for-12 with three home runs, three walks, three stolen bases and eight runs scored.

KELLY CORBETT

Jackson | Girls tennis

Corbet came back from a first-set loss and won a third-set tiebreaker to help the Timberwolves achieve a 4-3 dual-meet win over Edmonds-Woodway.
