BOYS BASKETBALL: Kingma scored 33 points in a 77-66 win over Arlington, 20 in a 74-55 win over Monroe and 35 in a 77-62 win over Marysville-Plchuck.

JULIA YOUNG | SNOHOMISH

GIRLS BASKETBALL: Young scored 19 points and made four 3-point goals in a 52-28 win over Cascade and scored 12 of her 29 points in the fourth quarter and made seven of eight free throws in a 54-49 win over Kamiak.

JAYLENE GRINAKER | CASCADE

GIRLS BOWLING: Grinaker rolled a 205 game and a 501 series in a 3-0 win over Anacortes.

MATT SURDYK | SNOHOMISH

WRESTLING: Surdyk’s 2-1 decision at 160 pounds secured a 34-27 win over Marysville-Pilchuck.

SPENCER GIRARD | MARYSVILLE-PILCHUCK

BOYS SWIMMING: Girard swam a 4A state-qualifying time of 2 minutes, 3.17 seconds in the 200-yard individual medley, won the 500 freestyle and swam on two winning relay teams in a win over Oak Harbor. He also swam a state qualifying time of 1:01.61 in the 100 breaststroke in a victory over Stanwood.
