Bobby Stoyanov, Mountlake Terrace

Stoyanov, a senior, scored seven goals Friday in the Hawks’ 10-1 win over Granite Falls to set a school record.

Softball

Kassidy Millar, Everett

Millar, a sophomore, had a double and four runs batted in the Seagulls’ 15-0 win over Ferndale on Tuesday, then pitched three hitless innings and went 3-for-3 with a home run and five RBI on Friday in Everett’s 18-0 win over Oak Harbor.

Baseball

Brett Gillis, Cascade

Gillis, a senior, recorded nine strikeouts in five innings, hit a double, scored two runs and stole a base Friday in the Bruins’ 6-1 win over Bothell.

Girls tennis

Ashley Kolbeck, Arlington

Kolbeck defeated Monroe’s Madison Pierce 6-4, 6-2 in the No. 1 singles match Friday, helping the Eagles to a 4-3 win.

Girls golf

Frances Monahan, Edmonds-Woodway

Monahan shot a 2-over-par 36 Thursday to earn medalist honors in the Warriors’ win over Shorecrest.

Track and Field

Matt Zehrung, Lake Stevens

Zehrung won the 100- and 200-meter dashes and also was a part of the Vikings’ winning 400 and 1,600 relay teams Friday in a meet against Edmonds-Woodway and Meadowdale.
