Evan Mannes Glacier Peak | Football

Mannes, a junior tight end/linebacker, caught four passes for 130 yards and three touchdowns, and led the Grizzlies defensively with five tackles and two sacks in their 40-27 win over Cascade on Friday in the Wesco 4A opener for both teams.

Bailey Todd

S. Whidbey | Volleyball

Todd, a senior setter, had 29 assists and 14 digs in the Falcons’ 3-2 loss to Archbishop Murphy in Cascade Conference play Thursday.

Katie Stella

King’s | Girls Soccer

Stella, a senior forward, scored two goals and assisted on another in the Knights’ 6-2 win over Granite Falls on Tuesday, and posted two goals and two assists in a 6-0 win over South Whidbey on Thursday.

Lachlan Rogan

Edmonds-Woodway | Boys Tennis

Rogan, a senior, outlasted Reed Tangeman of Shorecrest 7-6 (5), 3-6, 6-3 to help the Warriors to a 5-2 victory over the Scots on Wednesday, then defeated Lynnwood’s Renzo Gonzalez 6-1, 6-0 on Thursday in Edmonds-Woodway’s 7-0 victory.

Aislinn Kessinger

Cascade | Girls Swimming

Kessinger won the 50-yard freestyle and 500 freestyle and was part of the Bruins’ winning 200 medley and 200 freestyle relay teams in Cascade’s 122-65 victory over Mariner on Thursday.

Matt Goddard

Snohomish | Cross Country

Goddard, a junior, won the boys race at Thursday’s three-team meet against Marysville Getchell and Mariner in a time of 16 minutes, 58 seconds.
