ANACORTES — Two Anacortes players hit home runs in the Seahawks’ shutout victory over Lakewood in the first round of the 2A District tournament Saturday.
Lincoln Gilden (2-for-4, RBI), Eli Gallo (2-4, HR) and Mitch Davis (1-4, HR) led the offense for Anacortes, which moves on to the second round of the 2A District tournament to face Sehome. Lakewood matches up against Cedarcrest in a loser-out game.
Both games will be held Tuesday at Dainiels Field in Anacortes, with the Lakewood-Cedarcrest game starting at 2 p.m. and the Anacortes-Sehome game at 5 p.m.
