EVERETT — A scoreless tie quickly turned into a rout after Cascade exploded for a nine-run fourth inning and coasted to a Wesco 4A win over Monroe.
Cascade’s Cameron McGrath delivered a bases-loaded, three-run double to spark the big inning, while teammates Michael Carter and Brennen Hancock chipped in with a double apiece.
Starter Bryson Blackmore stifled the Monroe bats, holding the Bearcats to one hit.
