DUVALL — Ben Lemery delivered the game-winning hit in the seventh inning as first-place Cedarcrest defeated Archbishop Murphy in a battle between the top two teams in the Cascade Conference. Lemery and Levi Knott drove in two runs apiece for the Red Wolves, and Adam Davenport went 2-for-3 at the plate and picked up the win following three innings of relief pitching.
Archbishop Murphy catcher Ernie Gamboa enjoyed a big night at the plate, going 3-for-4 with three doubles.
