SHORELINE — Edmonds-Woodway (3-0 overall) got a lot of help from Patrick Bernard, whose only hit was a grand slam in the first inning. After a four-run first, E-W got two more runs in the second from a Ben Roquet two-RBI double. Roquet finished the game 2-for-3 with the double and three RBI. The Warriors had five hits in the game, but managed to score three more runs in the third inning on seven walks and four batters hit by a pitch. Pitcher Ryan Budnick (2-0) got the win for Edmonds-Woodway with two innings on the mound with two strikeouts. Everett (1-2) had only one hit in the game.
