Prep baseball: Edmonds-Woodway 9, Cascade 0

EVERETT — Ryan Budnick had a complete-game shutout and went 2-for-4 with a home run and three RBI, leading the Warriors to victory in the opening game of Wesco South play. Also for Edmonds-Woodway, Patrick Bernard knocked in four runs on two hits, including a home run.
