BELLINGHAM — South Whidbey and Overlake played 14 innings Saturday in a 1A District tournament game in which the teams traded three-run innings in the fourth and 10th before the Falcons eventually ended things with three runs in the 14th.
Ricky Muzzy led off the 14th with a home run and Whidbey tacked on two more runs. Muzzy — along with starting pitcher Will Simms, Mo Hamsa and Charlie Patterson — all got work on the mound.
