EVERETT — Sam Saufferer scored a game-high 34 points to lead Jackson to a Wesco 4A victory over Snohomish on Tuesday night.
The junior guard connected on 14 of 22 shots, including 5-of-9 on 3-pointers, to help Jackson earn its second straight league victory.
“He’s a guy that can score in bunches,” Jackson head coach Steve Johnson said. “He can really get hot. The guys did a good job of getting him the ball and they just kept riding him.”
Zak Carlson scored 27 points to lead the Panthers in the loss.
