Glacier Peak 70, Arlington 62

SNOHOMISH — Arlington’s Leyton Martin won the scoring battle with five 3-point baskets and 34 points, but Jo Lee’s 30 won the war as Glacier Peak improved to 2-0 overall and 1-0 in league. Jayce Nelson and Reed Nagel added 15 and 13 points, respectively, for the Grizzlies. Jackson Trotter and Jake Willis each scored eight points for the Eagles (2-2, 0-1).

Monroe 79, Lake Stevens 49

MONROE — The Bearcats used 17 team assists and a balanced attack of five scorers in double figures, led by Wyatt Prohn’s 14 points, to stay perfect at 5-0. Kieren Greear (13 points), Chayce Waite-Kellar (12, eight rebounds, three blocked shots), Caleb Campbell (11 points, three steals, three blocks) and Isaiah Kiehl (10 points, six assists) made up the remainder of the quintet. David Freeman led the Vikings (2-3) with 15 points, and Brody Peirpoint added 10.

Everett 74, Cascade 49

EVERETT — Noah Parker’s 28 points and 15 rebounds powered the Seagulls (2-3) over their Everett School District rivals. Alex Tserger added 15 points and Noah Owens notched 13 for Everett. Gavin Wright’s 27 led the Bruins (2-3).

Clallam Bay at Tulalip Heritage, 4 p.m.

Sultan 66, Cascade (Leavenworth) 29

SULTAN — Fueled by Taylor Horne’s game-high 19 points, Sultan picked up its first win of the season. Mathew Agnew added 15 points, and Landen Bauer tallied 10 for the Turks (1-7).

Lakewood 69, Oak Harbor 46

LAKEWOOD — Caleb Green’s 25 points and Evan Stacey’s well-rounded game of seven points, nine rebounds, 10 assists and seven steals helped the Cougars remain undefeated at 3-0 overall and 2-0 in league. Porter Espe and Nash Espe scored 13 and 11, respectively. Oak Harbor dipped to 1-3, 0-2.

DARRINGTON — Hunter Anderson was one of four Loggers who got it done on both ends of the floor, scoring 18 points and recording six steals. Chevy Vincent (13 points, six steals), Grady Stuvland (12 points, eight steals) and Carter Snel (13 points, seven steals) also served as dual threats.
