Prep boys soccer: King’s 2, Coupeville 1

COUPEVILLE — Ryan Fransen scored a goal and added an assist to pace King’s to a Cascade Conference victory over Coupeville. Abraham Leyva Elenes scored the lone goal for the Wolves in the loss. With the victory, the Knights clinch the No. 1 seed in the upcoming district playoffs.

Goals—Luke Sanchez (K), Ryan Fransen (K), Abraham Leyva Elenes (C) . Assists—Fransen (K), Taylor Moe (K). Goalkeepers—King’s: Sven Helleren. Coupeville: Joel Walstad. Records—King’s 10-3-1 league, 11-4-1overall. Coupeville 4-9-1, 6-9-2.
