LYNNWOOD — Momodou Drammeh assisted on Lynnwood’s first goal and scored its last one to cap off a 3-0 shutout of Marysville Getchell. According to Royal’s head coach Ryan Camden it could have been any one of his boys.
“It can be someone new every night,” said Camden, who feels his team is something new for Lynnwood High School: a team that can play as a unit.
With the win, Lynnwood moved past Marysville Getchell into second place in the Wesco 3A behind Shorewood.
“We knew we were playing the number two team… we had been gearing up pretty much all season for this game.” said Camden.
“We practice mental toughness. They had it for 80 minutes tonight. That’s why we won the game.
