Prep boys soccer: Sultan 3, Granite Falls 2

GRANITE FALLS — Sultan (2-1 league, 2-1 overall) didn’t get on the board until the second half of the Cascade Conference game, when Andrew Hill scored on an Adrian Cayetano assist in the 50th minute. Simon Chavez added the next goal for Sultan off a Brian Ordonez pass in the 73rd minute followed by an Ordonez score in the 78th minute. Granite Falls (0-3, 0-4-1) had goals from Devin West in the 34th minute (assisted by Robby Collinge) and Boyce King in the 40th minute. In goal for Sultan was Danny Arroyo and Joey Best was in front of the net for Granite Falls.
