Prep football: Archbishop Murphy 56, Ellensburg 13

EVERETT — Conner Kruse passed for two touchdowns and added a 95-yard interception return for a touchdown to help lead Archbishop Murphy past Ellensburg in a nonconference game. Wildcats running back Morgan Masanda had three carries for 69 yards and had three total touchdowns, including an interception return for a touchdown of his own. The Wildcats intercepted four passes, three of which were taken back for scores. Murphy outgained Ellensburg 342 to 204 in total offense, holding Ellensburg to just 14 yards passing.
