EVERETT — The Wildcats remained undefeated as they overwhelmed Coupeville behind 605 yards of total offense. Three Archbishop Murphy running backs ran for 100 or more total yards while the defense intercepted four Wolves passes and held Coupeville to a miniscule 67 total yards. The triumverate of Morgan Masanda (109 yards and two touchdowns), Alex Galgano (115 yards on 11 carries) and Hans VanderWel (100 yards and a touchdown on five carries) carried the Wildcats powerful offense. The win clinched a 2A District 1 playoff berth for Murphy.
