ARLINGTON — Arlington fought back behind a couple Colton Hordyk second-half touchdowns in the Wesco 4A North game. The Eagles got off to a slow start in the first half, falling behind 6-0 due in large part to a stagnant offense. But in the second half, the game changed as the Eagles offensive line picked up its play. After Griffin Ginnis caught an 8-yard pass from Skylor Elgarico to tie it at 6-6, Hordyk scored on a 3-yard run. After the ensuing defensive stop, Hordyk returned the punt 52 yards to give the Eagles a 20-6 lead. The Panthers Riley Zerhire scored a late touchdown to cut the Arlington lead to 27-13. The Eagles’ Elgarico finished 11 of 19 passing for 204 yards with a touchdown and interception.
