SULTAN — Led by junior running back Hunter Ansell’s 20 carries for 106 yards and two TDs, the Turks evened their overall record to 3-3.

Timothy Dilger added six rushes for 49 yards, and Sultan held Lynnwood (0-6) to 53 yards of total offense.

STANWOOD — The Eagles improved to 6-0 overall by beating Stanwood (2-4) to win the Stilly Cup.

SEDRO-WOOLLEY — Cliff Tadema completed 15 of 22 passes for 209 yards and three TDs as the Cubs improved to 6-0 overall and 4-0 in league. Statistics were not reported for Marysville Getchell (2-4, 1-3).

For the Loggers, Grady Stuvland rushed for 153 of his team’s 333 rushing yards. Darrington quarterback Hunter Anderson passed for three touchdowns and also ran for two scores.
