GRANITE FALLS — Peyton Spencer scored a game-high 24 points for Granite Falls in the Cascade Conference game and Rhiannon Alexander added 13 points, 13 rebounds and five assists. Jamie Alexander had just five points, but totaled seven rebounds, six steals and six assists for the Tigers. Susan Kenney finished with 15 points for Cedarcrest.
