Prep girls basketball: Shorecrest 51, Meadowdale 45

LYNNWOOD — Onyie Chibuogwu scored a game-high 16 points and Keyonna Jones added 15 as Shorecrest defeated Meadowdale 51-45 in a Wesco 3A South game on Thursday night. Hailey Costello paced the Mavericks with 15 points in the loss. Meadowdale awaits the results of the Stanwood-Shorewood game to see if they will playe the Thunderbirds in a play-in game to determine the Wesco 3A south no. 4 seed.
